Services to Developers

Here you can find the different specialized services we offer to developers in order to help them list their residential and/or commercial Real Estate properties For Sale. Below is a description of the services and pricing options we offer for developers:

Developers will pay $29.95 monthly for each property model they offer plus some other fees that apply for additional services (please see price list for pricing of additional services). This means that as a developer, you pay only one listing fee of $29.95 in order to list all the properties of a specific model in the same complex instead of paying a separate listing fee of $29.95 for each individual property of the same model. (ex. For all X property model in the complex, you pay only one listing fee of $29.95, for all Y property model in the complex, you pay only one listing fee of $29.95 and so on) Condo Conversion companies will pay $29.95 monthly for any type of apartment or unit the condo has on it (ex. For all 1 bedroom unit in the condo $29.95, all 2 bedroom units $29.95 and so on) plus some other fees that apply for additional services (please see price list for pricing of additional services). Developers and Condo Conversion Companies will not be bound by a service contract with us, meaning that once the property/s is/are sold, or if they decide to discontinue using our services, they are free to do so without any pending contractual obligations. However, since the payment is due at the beginning of each service period, those entities which decide to cancel the service after the payment due date are still required to pay the fee for that service period.

If Developers want to offer their property/s For Rent, all the terms are the same as in a For Sale listing. The only thing which changes is the Listing price which is $19.95 in this case.
